OLD BUSINESS: Agamenticus Repeater – Vice President Lindy Higgins – The Agamenticus repeater was struck by lightning sometime over the past months. We are using a power amp from Southern Maine Communications while they rebuild ours that was damaged. Insurance will cover the costs of the repair.
Channel 3 Repeater – President Jon Chamblee – In reference to the Channel 3 repeater on Mt. Tenerife, the radio is in good shape, costs will cover a new antenna, cables, new connectors…etc. A motion was made to purchase the package for the repeater and seconded. After some discussion, the motion passed.
MASSNET Reciprocal – President Chamblee – We now have a reciprocal agreement with MASSNET radio group.
MASS S/W Reciprocal – Mark Watson - We never received a call back from MASS S/W and are assuming they are no longer in operation. **A motion was made to rescind the reciprocal agreement with MASS S/W. The motion was seconded and passed.
BY-LAW Proposal – Vice President Higgins – At our March meeting a proposal was made for a by-law change to Articles 6 and 9 in regards to elections. The proposal stated we would have nominations for elected positions during the September meeting, with the elections to take place at the December meeting. A motion was made to accept the proposal for the change, it was seconded and the motion passed.

NEW BUSINESS:
Possible By-Law change – An e-mail was submitted from a member to the President that stated he would like to see any member dropped from the membership because of non-payment of dues would have to wait at least one year before reapplying for membership. Since there was nothing submitted in writing for the proposal, it was tabled until the next meeting.
