0852)10:40 AM-W/F-Antrim, NH-46 Main St. Heavy smoke in a 2-story wood frame building, M/A responded to the scene.

0851)10:00 AM-MVA-Stoddard, NH-Route 9 & Route 123. A pickup crossed the center line and struck an on-coming car, the 45 y/o female driver of the car was killed in the accident. The 23 y/o male driver of the truck was seriously injured and was flown to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. The accident is under investigation.

0850)02:00 AM-W/F-Portland, ME-1390 Forest Ave @ Meadowbrook Apartments. A fire mostly contained to 1 apartment on the 3rd floor of a 12-unit apartment building, heavy smoke damage in 2 other units. 2 persons were transported to the hospital with possible smoke inhalation.

0848)5:10 PM-MVA-Shirley, ME-Route 15. An elderly female turned left in front of an on-coming tractor trailer, which collided with her car. She was transported to the hospital by Lifeflight, where she later died. The driver of the truck was not injured.

0847)2:20 PM-W/F-Buckfield, ME-24 John Ellingwood Rd. The town garage fully involved, M/A tankers responded to the scene.

0846)05:40 AM-3rd.AL-Rochester, NH-128 Portland St. A 2-story 24x50 wood frame apartment building with heavy fire, the fire is believed to have started from a camper-trailer fire next to the building. Ten people were left homeless from the blaze. M/A responded from several towns.

0845)02:00 AM-W/F-Acton, ME-26 Ice Rd. A 1.5 story 25X36 wood frame structure fully involved, exterior attack used. M/A responded to the scene and for coverage.

0838)01:10 AM-MVA-Raymond, NH-Route 101. A Ford Explorer crossed the median and rolled over, ejecting 2 of the 3 occupants. A 40 y/o female was killed in the crash, the 2 other occupants were transported with serious injuries.

0837)08:00 AM-MVA-Penobscot, ME-Route 175 just south of Johnson Point Rd. A head-on accident between 2 cars with entrapment, jaws used. A 26 y/o male was killed in the collision, his male passenger and the female driver of the 2nd car were taken by Lifeflight to EMMC in Bangor with serious injuries.

0836)07:45 AM-MVA-Merrimack, NH-F.E. Everett Turnpike near the Nashua line. A motorcycle crashed into the rear of a Chevy Blazer, throwing the 55 y/o man from the bike. He was transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua where he died during surgery. The driver of the Blazer was not injured.

0835)6:30 PM-MVA-Dover, NH-Main St between Portland Ave & School St. A motorcycle lost control while trying to switch lanes and crashed into a tree. A 32 y/o man was transported to the hospital where he died from his injuries. The accident is under investigation.

0834)3:05 PM-W/F-Goffstown, NH-Riverview Rd. A 1.5 story wood frame building fully involved, M/A responded to the scene and for cover.

0833)08:00 AM-MVA-Old Town, ME-917 West Old Town Rd. A car pulling out of a driveway was struck by a cement truck. A 17 y/o male passenger was pronounced dead at the scene, a 16 y/o female who was driving was transported to EMMC in Bangor where she later died. The driver of the truck was not injured.

0832)05:45 AM-W/F-Tremont, ME-Poplar Ln. in Bass Harbor. A mobile home well involved, the home belonged to a volunteer firefighter. He and his family were left homeless by the fire. M/A responded from Southwest Harbor.

0809)12:35 PM-MVA-Mayfield Township, ME-Route 16. A motorcycle being operated by a 54 y/o male struck a deer, then collided head-on with a Ford pickup. The motorcycle burst into flames which spread to the truck. The male operator of the motorcycle was thrown clear of the vehicles but died from massive trauma, a couple in the pickup escaped without injury.

0806)PM-W/F-Portland, ME-Forest Ave at the YMCA. One room fire on the 4th floor of a 4-story brick building, a man jumped from his 4th floor window to the street below to escape from the flames. He was critically injured in the fall and taken to MMC.

A 20 y/o passenger in the SUV was killed in the accident, the driver and another passenger were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the TruGreen truck was not injured.
