0915)8:50 PM-MVA-Shapleigh, ME-Shapleigh Corner Rd (Route 11). A car crossed the center line and collided head-on with a car coming in the opposite direction. The drivers of both cars, a male and a female, were heavily pinned in the cars. Both died at the scene, 4 towns responded M/A to the scene to assist. The road was closed for extrication and reconstruction.

0914)4:40 PM-W/F-Searsport, ME-Resh Rd. A garage well involved on arrival, M/A responded from Belfast.

0913)1:15 PM-2nd.AL-Portsmouth, NH-839 Broad St. Heavy fire on 2nd & 3rd floors of a 2.5 story 25X30 wood frame apartment house, two dogs were rescued by firefighters. M/A responded to the scene.

0912)01:30 AM-W/F-Waterboro, ME-Frank St. A mobile home fire, a 27 y/o male died in the blaze, his 11 y/o son escaped the building. M/A responded to the fire, the State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.

0910)3:45 PM-2nd.AL-Tuftonboro, NH-123 Middle Rd. A 2-story wood frame house, fully involved with roof collapse. Exterior operations used, M/A responded from several towns.

0909)09:50 AM-W/F-Hope, ME-2 Smith Dr. Heavy smoke showing from the basement of a house on arrival, M/A responded from 4 towns. The fire was quickly knocked down.

0908)11:55 PM-W/F-Hollis, ME-11 Ledgewood Dr. A garage fully involved extended to a 2-story house, which became heavily involved. M/A responded to the scene from Buxton and Waterboro.

0907)9:30 PM-MVA-Bath, ME-North Bath Rd. A teenage girl passenger died when a Pontiac Grand-Am lost control and rolled over. Two other teen girls, the driver and a second passenger were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The accident is under investigation.

0903)11:30 PM-W/F-Eustis, ME-Peabody Rd. 2 women died in a house fire, they were located in the living room. The fire gutted the house. An investigation that they may have committed suicide is under investigation by the State Police and State Fire Marshal's Office.

0902)8:05 PM-W/F-Northwood, NH-10 Rea Rd. A mobile home well involved, M/A responded to the scene and for coverage.

0901)09:30 AM-W/F-York, ME-298 Long Sands Rd. A historic house with heavy smoke showing on arrival, crews located a basement fire and saved the building with an aggressive interior attack. M/A responded from York Beach.

0900)08:40 AM-MVA-Concord, NH-I-93 south near Exit 15. A car crossed the median and collided with a pickup truck. The 29 y/o female driver of the car was killed, 2 male occupants in the truck were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The accident was reconstructed.

0899)01:00 AM-MVA-Milford, ME-County Rd. A car left the road and crashed. A 15 y/o male passenger was killed and the 19 y/o male driver was injured. The accident is under investigation.

0898)10:45 PM-W/F-Winthrop, ME-65 Meadow Hill Rd. A structure fire, M/A responded to the scene.

0897)5:10 PM-MVA-Biddeford, ME-I95 (Maine Turnpike) by Exit 32. An SUV being chased by State Police rolled over on the exit ramp, ejecting the male operator. He was taken to SMMC in Biddeford, where he later died.

0896)08:18 AM-W/F-Dover, NH-107 Oak St at Salmon Falls Stoneware. Fire showing from the eves of a store, it started next to one of the kilns in the commercial building which was used in pottery making. M/A responded to the scene from Portsmouth & Somersworth.

0895)06:40 AM-W/F-Old Orchard Beach, ME-Fort Hill Rd. Fire in a living room of a 2-story house, it was quickly knocked down. Heavy damage indicated it had burned for some time. M/A responded from Scarborough and Biddeford to the scene, Saco for coverage.

0894)01:00 AM-2nd.AL-Laconia, NH-Endicott St & Weirs Blvd at the former Crossroads Restaurant in The Weirs. Heavy fire in the old 1.5 story restaurant, the building was gutted. several towns responded to the scene to assist.

0892)9:55 PM-3rd.AL-Manchester, NH-Phillippe Cote St & Commercial St. Heavy fire showing from 2nd floor of a vacant 3-story brick mill building attached to a 6-story mill building. M/A responded from several towns.

0891)4:07 PM-W/F-Exeter, NH-Water St at the Penang & Tokyo Restaurant. A roof fire on the 3-story brick commercial building, the fire was contained to an area of the roof. M/A responded to the scene.

0890)12:32 PM-W/F-Rockland, ME-15 Emery Ave. Fire in a 2nd floor bedroom in a two story apartment building. Fire was contained to the bedroom.

0889)AM-2nd.AL-Rockland, ME-50 Gordon Dr at “Fisher Engineering”. Smoke showing from the roof of a 1 story 100x300 commercial building. M/A responded from Thomaston, Rockport and Camden First Aid.

0886)AM-HAZMAT-Caribou, ME-142 Lyndon St @ WPS New England Generation. A 4,000-5,000 gallon spill of diesel fuel leaked from the steam power plant, it is not known how much fuel may have leaked into the nearby Aroostook River. Maine DEP responded to assist in containing the spill, several booms were placed in the river.

0883)10:30 AM-MVA-Brunswick, ME-Route 1. A car crossed the center line and struck 3 other cars in a head-on collision. Three persons in the 1st car were killed. Unknown other injuries.

0882)8:00 PM-MVA-Yarmouth, ME-I-295. A car hydroplaned and crossed the median, striking another car head-on, there were 4 cars were involved in the collision. 1 person was killed and several were transported to the hospital, some with serious injuries. Several M/A rescues responded, The accident is under investigation.

0881)4:45 PM-W/F-Warren, ME-Feldspar Lane. A garage fully involved on arrival, 15 feet from a residence. The garage was destroyed with minor damage to the residence and a near-by outbuilding. M/A responded to the scene from Union and Waldoboro.

0880)03:00 AM-W/F-Medway, ME-Grindstone Rd. A mobile home well invovled, started from a fire in an attachment to the structure. A 58 y/o woman died in the fire, the State Fire Marshal's office is investigating. M/A responded to the scene from East Millinocket.

0879)10:40 AM-MVA-Barrington, NH-Route 125 near Pierce Rd. A car went off the road and into the woods, striking a tree. The 68 y/o male driver had possibly sufferred from a medical condition and CPR was in progress, he was taken to the hospital were he later died. His 67 y/o wife was not injured.

0878)8:50 PM-2nd.AL-Bedford, NH-390 South River Rd @ Marks Showplace. Heavy smoke showing in a commercial building, M/A responded to the scene.

0877)11:00 AM-W/F-Gardiner, ME-95 Summer St. Heavy fire in a 2nd floor apartment extended to the 3rd floor in a large 3-story apartment building. Two units were heavily damaged, no residents will be allowed back in until the rest of the building is declared to be safe. M/A responded from several towns to the scene.

0876)04:30 AM-W/F-Fryeburg, ME-152 Main St @ Fryeburg Academy. Heavy fire in the gymnasium destroyed the building, the roof collapsed during the blaze. M/A responded from several towns.

0875)AM-MVA-Baldwin, ME-Route 113. A car lost control and left the road, striking a utility pole then slid down an enbankment. A 17 y/o male passenger was killed in the collision, a 21 y/o female driver was transported with serious injuries. The accident occurred sometime during the night and was located during the morning.

0874)9:15 PM-MVA-Deer Isle, ME-Route 15. A car which may have been racing another car lost control when it struck the shoulder and rolled over several times, ejecting a 43 y/o male passenger. He died after being transported to the hospital, the female operator was seriously injured and taken to the hospital, along with 2 other teenagers who were injured. The accident is under investigation.

0872)5:55 PM-2nd.AL-Plainfield, NH-67 Kenyon Rd. A building fire, M/A tankers called to the scene.

0872)09:30 AM-W/F-Burnham, ME-South Main St. A living room fire in a house, the fire was contained mostly to the room. M/A responded from Clinton & Pittsfield.

0871)02:15 AM-W/F-Corinna, ME-Bradberry Ln. A fire in a camp that was being remodeled into a year round house, the occupants who were renting it got out but lost some pet cats in the blaze. M/A responded from Dexter, Garland and Newport.

0870)6:10 PM-3rd.AL-Sharon, NH-227 Spring Hill Rd. A 2-story cape style house fully involved with partial collapse, the fire had started in the garage and spread to the house. M/A responded from several towns.

0869)12:45 PM-2nd.AL-Keene, NH-31 Howard St. A 1.5 story building fire, M/A responded to the fire.

0868)AM-MVA-FLOODING-Unity, NH-Unity Stage Rd. A car was located in the Little Sugar River, which had flooded over and washed out a bridge. The car apparently drove off the bridge during the flood. A couple from Unity, both 20 y/o, died in the accident, which is currently under investigation.

0867)02:30 AM-MVA-York, ME-I-95 north. A car went off the road in heavy rain, the 21 y/o male driver was killed in the accident. His passenger, a 23 y/o male, was taken to Portsmouth Hospital with serious injuries.

0860)2:45 PM-3rd.AL-Nashua, NH-72 Locke St. Heavy fire in a large 2.5 story 50X75 wood frame 4-family building, the fire started outside and extended to the building. Three firefighters were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. M/A responded to the scene and for cover, the State Fire Marshal's office is assisting with the investigation.
