01390)7:07 PM-MVA-Saco, ME-I-95 Maine Turnpike MM 37 Northbound. Multiple persons trapped in 2 vehicles, serious injuries. 2 sets of jaws used for extrication, M/A from Old Orchard Beach, Biddeford, and Scarborough responded.

01389)6:05 PM-MVA-Greenville, NH-Route 31 near the bridge. Jaws used for extrication of 10-45 code 2, Lifeflight responded for transport.

01388)5:00 PM-MVA-Greenville, NH-Route 31 between Mill Street and the turnoff for Route 123. 2 vehicles head-on with entrapment, jaws used. Lifeflight called to transport 1 10-45 code 2 to a Mass. hospital. 2nd operator, Dep. Chief of Greenville FD, was transported with a broken leg. PD investigating the accident.

01387)3:10 PM-MVA-Lebanon, ME-Hebo Hybo Rd. Dirt bike accident, 17 y/o male operator lost control and went off the road, 10-45 code 2+ was transported to MMC by Lifeflight, were he later died. SP reconstructed the accident.

01386)2:40 PM-W/F-Machias, ME-27 Court St. Heavy fire in a single family house, started by a grease fire on the stove. 2 cats, 4 hampsters, and a parakeet were lost in the blaze. M/A responded from Marshfield, Machiasport and East Machias.

01385)1:30 PM-HAZMAT-Orono, ME-Univ. of Maine campus at a Science lab building. Accidental spill of hydrochloric acid, building was evacuated and hazmat team was activated. Team was on scene for about 3 1/2 hours until the spill was cleaned up.

01381)5:00 PM-MVA-Caribou, ME-Route 161 north of the city. 2 vehicles head-on, 1 operator ejected and 2nd operator trapped. Extrication equipment was used. Male subject ejected was a fatality, he had been reported to police to be driving under the influence. Female operator of other vehicle was extricated and transported with minor injuries.

01380)01:30 AM-MVA-Bedford, NH-Jenkins Rd. Pickup truck rolled over off the road and crashed into a tree. 2 fatalities on scene & 4 10-45's were transported to Elliot Hospital, unknown condition. Operator of the truck has been charged with DWI and other related charges.

01377)2:24 PM-W/F-Tamworth, NH-Loring Rd. A 1-story house in the woods caught fire, possibly from a propane gas grill. The camp was completely destroyed by the flames.

Vehicle at a residence went over a 15ft embankment pushing with it a 500 gallon propane tank, vehicle ended up on top of the tank with the tank leaking, vehicle believed to be unoccupied at the time of the incident. Glen FD and North Conway FD responded.

01322)AFTERNOON-MVA-Sutton, NH-I-89. Vehicle rolled over several times and struck some trees, female operator was ejected from the vehicle and was a fatality. Scene was reconstructed.

01321)2:40 PM-2nd.AL-Derry, NH-7-13 1/2 West Broadway. 3.5 story wood frame commercial building, fire on 1st floor extended to upper floors. Fire was contained to a sheet metal retail business but heavy smoke made 2 other businesses uninhabitable. 1 ff was transported to the hospital with a minor head injury, M/A responded from Londonderry, Chester, East Derry, Auburn, Hampstead, Salem, Sandown and Windham.

01310)6:05 PM-3rd.AL-North Hampton, NH-Maple Rd. A 2.5 story dwelling fire, fully involved with several propane tanks as exposures. 1 10-45 was transported to hospital by Rye ambulance, M/A responded to the fire from Hampton, Rye, Exeter and Portsmouth; Greenland and Stratham covered.

01309)1:30 PM-EXPLOSION-Lebanon, NH-Upper Valley Plaza at the old Ames Dept Building. 2 workers cutting on the roof were injured by an explosion, possibly from propane in the pipes they were cutting. Both were transported with minor burns.

01308)1:05 PM-EXPLOSION-Derry, NH-158 Rockingham Rd. Boiler exploded in the basement of a house, causing extensive damage to the structure.
