01505)3:38 PM-MVA-Nashua, NH-260 Amherst St. by Dunkin Donuts. Jaws used to extricate trapped subject, ALS responded for 1 10-45 code 2.

01504)05:30 AM-W/F-Old Orchard Beach, ME-1 York St @ the "Normandie Motel". "L" shaped motel, fire started in basement of a 2-story section approx 25X75 and spread up the wall to the cockloft area. Heavy smoke showing on arrival, fire was contained to that area. M/A responded to the fire from Scarborough, coverage from Saco.

01503)01:30 AM-MVA-Clinton, ME-I-95. Vehicle left the road, went airborne and struck a cluster of trees, 1 fatality on scene, may have fallen asleep while driving. SP are investigating.

01500)5:40 PM-MVA-Waterboro, ME-Route 5. Female pedestrian struck by a vehicle, CPR was in progress on the scene, ALS responded from Alfred FD. She was transported to Goodall Hospital in Sanford, where she died.

01499)1:30 PM-MVA-Goffstown, NH-East Dunbarton Rd. Tree fell on a vehicle, female was trapped in the car for 90 minutes before being extricated. She received multiple fractures and head injuries.

01498)1:00 PM-MVA-Weare, NH-Old Francestown Rd. A married couple in thier 50's were killed when a tree fell onto thier van while they were driving.

01487)7:00 PM-MVA-Barrington, NH-Route 9. Vehicle went out of control and rolled over off the roadway. 1 person was trapped and was extricated with jaws, 3 10-45 code 3's were transported to the hospital where they were treated and released.

01486)6:25 PM-W/F+-Skowhegan, ME-Chestnut St. Fire at a National Guard Armory, which housed the 133RD Engineering Unit, started in the kitchen and spread quickly to the ceiling and the rest of the building. Heavy fire conditions severely damaged the structure and a lot of equipment. M/A responded from Anson, North Anson, Madison, East Madison, Canaan, Cornville, Norridgewock and Fairfield.

01485)3:20 PM-MVA-Hopkinton, NH-I-89. Vehicle went off the road and struck a group of trees, 1 10-45 code 1 at the scene needed to be extricated. Accident caused when male operator fell asleep while driving, possibly from medical condition, the accident is under investigation.

01482)06:15 AM-MVA-Bradley, ME-Route 178. A driver apparently fell asleep driving, vehicle went off the road and rolled over. The female operator was killed in the crash.

She was transported with serious injuries by Lifeflight to EMMC in Bangor. Operator ot the T/T was not injured.

01471)AFTERNOON-MVA-Chester, NH-Route 102 & Fremont Rd. Car vs dump truck head-on. 2 teen males were killed in the crash, driver of the truck was not injured.

01470)03:30 AM-MVA-Corinth, ME-Route 15. Vehicle lost control and left the road, striking an enbankment and ejecting the operator. 1 fatality on scene.

01468)20:15 PM-MVA-New Durham, NH-Birch Hill Rd. Pickup skidded out of control, struck a tree and rolled over. 22 y/o male was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital, where he died. New Durham PD & State Police reconstructed the scene.

01467)4:00 PM-MVA-Rochester, NH-Route 11. Pickup rear-ended a car, with entrapment. Jaws used to extricate 1 person, 3 10-45's were transported to the hospital.

01466)4:00 PM-W/F-Newport, NH-79 Winter St. A large 2 1/2 story house with heavy fire, exterior operations. M/A from Claremont & Sunapee to the fire, Goshen for coverage. Also Newport Ambulance, Red Cross and a Newport School Bus were on scene for a rehab.

01465)3:55 PM-MVA-Portsmouth, NH-Pease International Tradeport at the intersection of International Dr & New Hampshire Ave. Pickup struck a station wagon with entrapment of 1 female in the car. Jaws used for extrication, she was treated and released at a nearby hospital.

01464)09:30 AM-MVA-Nashua, NH-West Hollis St & Pine St. Car struck a school bus, causing the bus to roll onto its side. Jaws used to extricate an adult female from the bus, 12 children and 3 adults transported with minor injuries. 9 ambulances responded to the scene.

01447)04:50 AM-MVA-Durham, ME-267 Pinkham Brook Rd (Route 125). A vehicle rolled onto its side with an occupant trapped. Extrication equipment used.

01446)02:20 AM-MVA-Richmond, ME-Langdon Rd. Single car involved with 5 occupants. 1 10-45 code 2+ was flown to CMMC in Lewiston, where he died. The other 4 occupants were treated and released by area hospitals. The accident is under investigation.

01443)09:00 AM-CARRY OUT-Strafford, NH-Evans Mountain. About 23 firefighters from Strafford, Barnstead, and Rochester carried a female with a broken ankle off the mountain, over tough terrain and during high, cold winds. She was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital.

01433)08:40 AM-W/F+-Acton, ME-Milton Mills Rd. 2.5 story house with attached barn, heavy fire in house extended into an 'el' and to the barn, where ff's stopped it. M/A responded to the scene from Acton, Shapleigh, Sanford, Milton,NH and Wakefield,NH.

01432)08:20 AM-W/F-Gardiner, ME-Route 24 @ a warehouse leased by Newark Papertube. Fire in a large paper-baling machine caused heavy smoke and evacuated the warehouse for 3 hours, sprinkler system helped contain the blaze. M/A responded from Farmingdale and Pittston.

01421)6:23 PM-MVA-Sidney, ME-Pond Rd. Car rolled over and struck a tree, male occupant was ejected. Lifeflight responded and flew him to CMMC in Lewiston where he is listed in critical condition.

01419)2:20 PM-W/F-Nashua, NH-37-39 Hunt St. Basement fire in a duplex, upper floor had heavy smoke damage. Fire Marshal's office investigating.

01418)03:30 AM-3rd.AL-Nashua, NH-121-123 Chestnut St. 2.5 story apartment building, heavy fire on arrival in basement and 1st floors, extended throughout. All Nashua apparatus responded to the fire, coverage was provided by Hudson, Merrimack, Londonderry, Manchester and Lowell, Mass.

01415)1:30 PM-MVA-Rochester, NH-Route 202 between Estes and Dry Hill rds. Car rolled over ejecting female operator halfway out of the car, trapping her under the roof. Passerbys lifted the car as best as possible until FD arrived and extricted her, 10-45 code 2 transported to hospital.

01411)10:10 PM-MVA-Acton, ME-912 Lebanon Rd. Car took down a pole with entrapment, Sanford FD responded with jaws. 1 fatality, scene reconstructed by PD and SP units.

01410)7:14 PM-GENERAL ALARM-Somersworth, NH-200 Main St @ former "Great Falls Bleachery & Dye Works". Large 3 & 4-story mill style brick & wood building, approx 500' in length with 3rd alm struck on arrival due to heavy fire conditions. Numerous tower ladders and master streams operated. 23 departments from New Hampshire & Maine responded M/A, as well as the START hazmat team and support units from the Red Cross, Salvation Army, and York FD Canteen.

01409)3:45 PM-W/F-Limestone, ME-Ward Rd. A 2-story barn with heavy fire, 5 horses were saved but the barn was a total loss. Also destroyed were 1500 bales of hay, a plow truck, a tractor, and other equipment. M/A responded from Loring, Caribou and Fort Fairfield.

01405)1:20 PM-W/F-Lebanon, ME-13 Gully Oven Rd. Kitchen fire in a mobile home, quickly knocked down. Owner was transported to hospital with smoke inhalation. M/A From Milton, Acton, Rochester and Somersworth assisted.
