5/31 20:27 Newton, MA – W/F – Nursing Home, 2101 Washington Street, Laundry room fire.

5/31 16:02 Auburn, NH – W/F – Residential structure basement fire, 89 Hooksett Road, smoke showing from rafters on arrival. Derry & Candia tankers to scene, mutual aid to cover.

5/30 10:00 Durham, ME – W/F – Hay and storage barn on Ross Road destroyed. Nearby home, threatened and evacuated, but was protected. Mutual aid from West Bath, Brunswick and Topsham assisted with water supply.

5/30 00:40 Manchester, NH – 3 Alarm – Abandoned apartment building, Concord Street. This was one of three fires in just over an hour; the possibility of a connection is being investigated.

5/29 21:10 Derry, NH – W/F – One story ranch dwelling, 75 Warner Hill Road, smoke showing on arrival, mutual aid tanker from Hampstead.

5/27 Night Franklin, NH – W/F – Dwelling on Summit Road a total loss. Same dwelling had a one room fire on 5/25.

5/27 22:00 Industry, ME – W/F – Main building at Watson’s Mill on Rand Road a total loss. Two other buildings saved. Mutual aid from several towns.

5/27 20:30 Poland, ME – W/F – Garage at 50 Elm Street destroyed along with contents. With mutual aid from six towns, the house exposure was protected.

5/26 23:20 Portland, ME – W/F – Dwelling 26 Hawthorne Street, kitchen fire extended to second floor with extensive damage.

5/26 13:05 Bath, ME – Brush fire off Tarbox Street, near Lily Pond, of an acre required mutual aid from four departments, including pond drafting operations.

5/25 18:30 Portland, ME – W/F – Apartment building, 463 Cumberland Ave. One third floor apartment involved, quickly knocked down. Civilian fatality required extended on scene time due to police and Fire Marshall investigation.

5/25 15:30 – Sanford, ME – Stand alone building in mill yard, smoke showing on arrival. Mutual aid: Lebanon & Alfred to scene, Acton cover central, Shapleigh cover S. Sanford. Quickly knocked down.

5/25 15:10 Wells, ME – Junk yard and brush – 151 Hiltons Lane. Mutual aid: N. Berwick, Ogunquit & S Berwick to scene, Kennebunk covered Wells, York Beach covered Oqunquit.

5/22 22:00 Wilton, NH – W/F – Dwelling 69 Whiting Hill Road. Mutual aid for tankers.

5/22 12:49 Sanford, ME – Dwelling fire, 10 Goodrich Ave. Fire damage to second and part of first floor with extensive water damage to first floor. Five mutual aid departments responded.

5/21 12:55 Durham, NH – Out of control permit fire burns five acres, 90 Auburn-Pownal Road. Five departments mutual aid.

5/19 Brunswick, ME – Old chicken barn used as storage on Harpswell Road. Mutual aid screws for water shuttle.

5/19 12:00 Biddeford, ME – 3 alarm – 5 family apartment building at Kossuth & Center Streets destroyed. Fire Marshall ruled it as arson.

5/19 09:00 Burnham, ME – Partition fire at Pride Manufacturing. Mutual aid from Pittsfield and Clinton.

5/18 Afternoon – Hudson, NH – 2 alarm – Town house at 10B Dugout Road . Apparent propane explosion with resulting fire. Mutual aid to scene and cover.

5/18 11:00 Burnham, ME – Store with attached apartments on Main St. a total loss. Mutual aid from Pittsfield, Clinton, Troy and Unity mutual aid.

5/13 Afternoon South Berwick, ME – Boat fire extended to the nearby house deck at 120 Main Street. One mutual aid department on scene.

5/10 04:30 Berlin, NH – W/F – Fagins pub at 777 Upper Main Street destroyed. This and other recent structure fires in Berlin are suspicious and under investigation.

5/8 19:18 Boston, MA – 3 Alarm + Level 2 MCI – Box 33-1262, 2 Train crash on the Green Line between Park St and Government Center when a train stopped at a red light was hit from behind. Units responded to Gov Center and Park St stations. 46 injured, with a total of approximately 100 evacuated.

5/5 13:36 Freeport, ME – Freeport Nursing Home, 3 East Street, bathroom electrical fire extended to ceiling space. Controlled rapidly, but required evacuation of the West wing and ventilation.

5/5 00:30 Manchester, NH – W/F - Multi family dwelling destroyed at 72 Vernon St. Well involved on arrival.

5/4 17:40 Yarmouth, ME - W/F – Dwelling on Pemasong Lane, 20 x 24 1 ½ story, attack was delayed due to a large quantity of fireworks in the building. Mutual aid from Freeport for a tanker and cover engine, N. Yarmouth tanker and Cumberland RIT.

5/4 14:45 Mount Vernon, ME – W/F – Dwelling on Walter Green Road, built in the 1700s was destroyed and extended into woods. Mutual aid from eight towns responded as well as state forest service. A water shuttle of 5 - 8 mile round trip was required.
