0737)6:30 PM-ATV MVA-Woolwich, ME-Male riderrounded a curve with his ATV, struck a rock and was thrown from the machine. He was pronounced dead on arrival at MMC in Portland.

0727)3:40 PM-MVA-New Durham, ME-Route 11. A car, SUV, pickup, and motorcycle involved in collision, the operator of the motorcycle was killed, as was the driver of the car, who needed to be extricated with jaws. Five 10-45's were transported to the hospital. NH SP reconstruction responded.

0726)12:00 AM-W/F-Biddeford, ME-16 Maple St. Fire in 2 rooms of a 2-story house, quickly knocked down. M/A responded from Saco.

0725)11:00 PM-ATV MVA-Lyman, ME-near South Waterboro Rd & Kennebunk Pond Rd. A 29 y/o male was found dead at the scene Sunday morning after apparently crashing his ATV the night before.

0724)9:45 PM-W/F-Raymond, NH-4 Ridge Rd. A house fire, M/A responded with tankers.

0723)PM-MVA-Nashua, NH-Intersection of Main Dunstable Rd and Gilson rd. Pickup struck a van with 3 10-45's trapped, jaws used for extrication. Six 10-45's from the van and 1 10-45 from the pickup were transported, 1 passenger from the van died at the hospital.

0722)6:30 PM-MVA-Sullivan, ME-Route 1. A jeep swerved into opposite lane and struck a motorcycle, both went off the road and the jeep struck a tree. The operator of the motorcycle was killed, the female driver of the jeep was transported with serious injuries. Hancock County SO reconstructed the scene.

0721)2:50 PM-MVA-Gardiner, ME-South Marston Rd. Car struck a pole and rolled over with entrapment, jaws used for extrication. 1 female 10-45 code 2 was flown by Lifeflight to CMMC in Lewiston.

0717)5:37 PM-MVA-Naples, ME-Route 302 & Route 35. Accident with entrapment of multiple 10-45's, jaws used for extrication. 1 victim in cardiac arrest transported to Bridgton Hospital. 2nd 10-45 code 2 also transported. One male driver died at the hospital.

0716)4:55 PM-MVA-Bowdoin, ME-Route 201 & Route 125. 2 vehicles head-on with entrapment and serious injuries, jaws used. Lifeflight requested but not available due to weather.

0715)08:00 AM-MVA-Ellsworth, ME-Route 1-A. Car vs tractor trailer head-on, 2 children in the car were flown by Lifeflight to EMMC in Bangor, their mother was taken to Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth, then transferred to EMMC. The driver of the truck was treated and released. A 2 y/o girl later died at the hospital.

0713)8:30 PM-MVA-Bristol, NH-Near 525 South Main St. Motorcycle went off the road and struck several objects before coming to a stop, 1 10-45 code 2 male was airlifted to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.

0712)AM-MVA-Derry, NH-I-93. A car off the road rolled over into the median. 1 passenger was ejected and died from her injuries, the driver and 5 other passengers were transported to the hospital.

0711)AM-MVA-Auburn, ME-Center Rd. A male got out of his car and was crossing the road when he was struck by a motorcycle. 1 10-45 code 1 on scene.

0703)12:45 PM-MVA-West Paris, ME-150 Tuelltown Rd. Vehicle rolled over with entrapment, jaws used. 1 10-45 code 1 on scene, 3 other 10-45's unknown codes. Lifeflight responded for transport, reconstruction team responded to investigate.

0702)12:20 PM-W/F-Newfields, NH-Route 85 @ Hutchinson Sealing Systems Inc. Fire in ducts in a manufacturing building, quickly knocked down. M/A responded from Stratham, Greenland, Epping, Exeter, Kensington and Durham.

0701)06:50 AM-W/F-Whitefield, ME-132 Main St @ Country Manor Nursing Home. Fire in the building, evacuation of all residents. M/A responded to the scene.

0700)2:45 PM-MVA-Pembroke, ME-Route 1. A pickup struck a car which was turning from the opposite direction, a passenger in the car was killed. The driver was transported to the hospital, no injuries in the pickup. State Police investigated the accident.

0699)AM-W/F-Litchfield, NH-Cummings Dr. A 1.5 story house and attached garage well involved, the garage was destroyed and house had heavy damage. The neighbors barking dogs were credited with waking the occupants and alerting them to the fire. M/A responded.

0697)3:44 PM-W/F-Nashua, NH-Pemberton St. Fire showing on arrval from the 2nd floor of a 2-story single family house. M/A responded for coverage.

0696)08:40 AM-MVA-Londonderry, NH-Route 102 & Parmenter Rd. A car crossed the center line and struck a tractor-trailer head-on, jaws used for extrication of 1 10-45 code 2 from the car. The truck operator was not seriously injured. Medflight responded for transport to a Boston hospital, reconstruction team investigated the accident.

0695)9:25 PM-MVA-Laconia, NH-Route 3 in the area of the "Fun Spot". Motorcycle struck 2 pedestrians, both were 10-45 code 3, the motorcycle then crossed the line and hit a pickup truck traveling in the other direction. A female passenger on the cycle was fatally injured. The operator of the m/c was determined to be driving under the influence. A M/A rescue from Meredith responded.

0694)8:30 PM-MVA-Anson, ME-Campground Rd near the River Rd. A 13 y/o boy on a dirtbike was struck by a car after going through a stop sign. He was transported with serious injuries and died at the hospital.

0693)6:30 PM-MVA-Hudson, NH-Derry St & Haverhill St. A car veered off the road and struck a utility pole, 1 10-45 code 2 was transported to Southern NH Medical Center where he died from his injuries. Reconstruction team responded to investigate.

0692)6:05 PM-MVA-Hollis, ME-Pinecrest Rd. Car struck a tree with entrapment, jaws used.

0691)02:10 AM-W/F-Portsmouth, NH-9 Tuna Terr. A mobile home well involved, was gutted by the fire. M/A responded from North Hampton & Kittery,ME, coverage from Newington & Exeter.

0688)1:15 PM-TRAIN ACCIDENT-Belgrade, ME-Man fishing off a trestle on the railroad tracks was struck by a freight train. Lifeflight transported him to CMMC in Lewiston with serious injuries, he died on Monday 6/14/04.

0687)1:30 PM-W/F+-Norway, ME-Route 26 @ the Ledgewood Motel. Heavy fire in the attic area on arrival, the motel was destroyed. M/A responded.

0686)1:15 PM-MVA-Chichester, NH-Route 28. A cadillac headed southbound crossed into the northbound lane and struck 3 motorcycles head-on. A man (35) and his nephew (11) on one of the northbound cycles were both killed. The three other operators were transported to Concord Hospital. M/A responded from Louden, Pittsfield, & Epsom, coverage from Northwood & Barnstead.

0685)09:30 PM-MVA-Winterport, ME-Route 1-A by Mountain View Dr. Motorcycle and pickup truck collided at the intersection, the male operator of the cycle was 10-45 code 1 on scene. The driver of the pickup sufferred a broken leg.

0683)04:00 AM-2nd.AL-Saco, ME-50 Moody St @ Sweetser Childrens Home. A large barn fully involved extended to a 15X15 shed, an attached garage, and into a 25X50 wood frame farmhouse. M/A responded from Biddeford and Goodwins Mills to the scene.

0682)01:00 AM-MVA-Hudson, NH-Dracut Rd & Ponderosa Dr. Car veered off the road and struck a large boulder, trapping the male occupant inside. Jaws were used for extensive extrication, 1 10-45 code 1. Scene was reconstructed.

0681)9:30 PM-4th.AL-Newport, NH51 Blueberry Ridge Rd. A large farmhouse with heavy fire, M/A responded from Claremont, Croydon, Goshen, Grantham, Lempster, Newbury, New London, and Sunapee.

0680)1:00 PM-FOREST FIRE-Township 2 Range 13, ME-Area near Ragged Lake in Piscataquis County. A fire burned about 50 acres of timber and harvested trees, Maine Forestry responded with rangers, a hot shot crew, and helicopters for water drops. The fire was contained by 8:00 PM.

0679)12:45 PM-W/F-Holderness, NH-286 Beede Rd. A cape-style house fire, a neighbor pulled an occupant out of the residence, the occupant was transported with smoke inhalation and minor burns. M/A responded from Plymouth, Center Harbor and Ashland. Meredith covered the Holderness station.

0676)6:30 PM-W/F-Wolfeboro, NH-45 Pine St. A garage fully involved, firefighters kept it from spreading to a nearby house. M/A responded from Tuftonboro, with Ossipee Corner covering.

0675)09:00 AM-W/F-Rochester, NH-11 Chestnut St. A house fire, an elderly coupled was trapped and were rescued by neighbors. The male, who was on oxygen, suffered burns and was transported. Several of the oxygen tanks exploded in the fire, M/A responded.

0674)07:20 AM-MVA-Alton, NH-Route 28A near East Alton Bay. A motorcycle lost control and struck a guardrail, 1 10-45 code 1 on scene.

0673)01:30 AM-MVA-Nashua, NH-F.E. Everett Turnpike northbound between exits 1 & 2. A Chevy Tahoe swerved to avoid a deer and rolled over, injuring 4 occupants and entrapping 1 person. Jaws used for extrication, 3 10-45 code 3's and 1 10-45 code 2 were transported to two hospitals. Two Rockingham Ambulances assisted Nashua.
