0197)02:35 AM-W/F+-Conway, NH-72 Lori Ln. A 3-story wood frame with heavy fire in the front upon arrival. When Conway Chief Wade arrived, he assisted 2 residents in exiting the residence. Two occupants were treated for minor injuries, M/A responded from North Conway.

0196)02:42 AM-MVA-Glenburn, ME-Hudson Rd (Rte 221). An SUV apparently trying to run from an SP trooper lost control on a curve, left the road and rolled over, ejecting one of 2 passengers. A female passenge was killed at the scene, a 2nd passenger and the driver, who was captured by police following a K-9 search, were transported with minor injuries. Scene reconstructed by ME SP.

0192)2:59 PM-MVA-Perry, ME-Route 1. An 88 y/o driver of a car failed to see a stopped school bus and ran into the rear of the bus, none of the 30 children passengers or the bus driver were injured. The driver of the car was seriously injured and taken by Lifeflight to a Bangor hospital, were he later died from his injuries. Washington Cnty SO reconstructed the scene.

0185)10:35 AM-W/F-Vassalboro, ME-Route 201 near the Winslow line. A 30X50 1.5 story house fully involved, explosion from oxygen tank injured 6 firefighters, transported to hospital. M/A responded.

A 3.5 story 300X70 wood frame old mill building fully involved extended to the Union Village Store, which was also destroyed. Over 20 towns responded M/A including Maine departments, also the Ossipee Valley Water Task Force, and the Salvation Army canteen.

0153)10:00 PM-W/F+-Guilford, ME-11A Golda Court (Rte 15) @ the Trebor Inn. Heavy fire conditions in a large 3-story wood frame historic inn (built in 1830), all occupants escaped but a couple of firefighters were treated for minor injuries. M/A responded from Sangerville, Monson, Dover-Foxcroft, Cambridge, Dexter and Sebec.

Jaws were used to extricate4, Lifeflight responded but did not transport. Dedham and Brewer fire departments and Capital Ambulance assisted Holden rescue.

0086)07:30 AM-MVA-Lebanon, ME-Route 202 by the Little River Rd. Pickup truck struck a large commercial truck head-on, the pickup burst into flames. Both drivers were 10-45 code 1 on scene, Milton,NH FD responded with jaws to assist in extrication. York County SO is investigating.

0072)AM-CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT-Portland, ME-Cianbro oil Rig on the Portland Waterfront. 3 men engaged in lifeboat drill fell into the water, they were pulled from the water by co-workers and the Portland Fireboat. 1 man died and the other 2 were injured. The Coast Guard is investigating the accident.

Explosion and fire in a 1.5 story wood & cement commercial building extended to a 3-story vacant building, (the old "Hotel Holly"), which also became fully involved. 2 injuries inside the building to workers and 3 persons driving by were struck by flying debris, all minor injuries. State Fire Marshal's Office called to investigate, Numerous towns responded M/A to the fire.

0069)10:20 AM-W/F-Penacook, NH-86 Washington St. 2-story house fire, A woman and 3 children treated for smoke inhalation. Believed to have started from a wood stove, M/A responded.

0068)07:30 AM-MVA-Milton, NH-Route 16 south of Exit 17. Van vs Jeep Cherokee head-on with heavy entrapment, jaws used for 1-hour extrication. 4 10-45's transported to the hospital, M/A rescue responded.

0067)07:10 AM-MVA-Lee, NH-Route 125 near the Lee Speedway. Jeep Cherokee crossed center of road and struck a school bus head-on, ejecting the driver of the Jeep. He was transported with serious head injuries. Driver and a 16 y/o female passenger in the bus were transported for minor injuries.

Female broke her ankle on Sunday afternoon, rescuers from NH Fish and Game, Lincoln FD and members of Androscoggin Valley Search and Rescue reached her late Sunday night and took 5-6 hours to carry her out. She was flown to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

0012)4:20 PM-MVA-Presque Isle, ME-Cedar St & Dudley St. Pickup rear-ended a car which ran into a tree. The pickup left the scene but was located later by police. The female operator of the car was transported to Aroostook Medical Center, where she died from her injuries. The accident is under investigation.

0006)11:00 AM-SNOWMOBILE ACCIDENT-Jefferson, NH-Trail off Route 115. A 20 y/o male tried to stop his snowmobile before hitting water on the trail and was ejected. He died from his injuries.
