0961)8:30 PM-ACW-Effingham, NH-Clough Rd off Wilkinson Swamp Rd. A small camp, 15X20, fully involved and collapsed on arrival, quickly knocked down. M/A coverage responded.

0960)2:15 PM-HAZ/MAT-Durham, NH-211 Wednesday Hill Rd. A landscaper broke off a valve to a 500 gallon underground propane gas tank, the home and area was evacuated. Firefighters used fog spray to dissipate the leaking gas for 2 hours until a propane company could shut down the tank. M/A responded from Lee.

0959)10:10 AM-MVA-Tamworth, NH-Route 25 by the Fire Station. 3 vehicles involved, 1 male 10-45 code 2 heavily entrapped, jaws used. Also 1 10-45 code 3 transported, M/A from West Ossipee responded with jaws.

0958)8:00 PM-MVA-Scarborough, ME-I-95 (Maine Turnpike) northbound by mile 45. A truck rolled over an enbankment and landed upside down, trapping the male driver. He was extricated with jaws and the assistance of a wrecker.

0957)6:40 PM-MVA-Hampton, NH-Route 101 near Route 27. A car traveling east crossed the westbound lanes and struck the enbankment, 1 10-45 code 1 on scene.

0956)3:40 PM-MVA-Dover, NH-Central Ave & Glenwood Ave. 1 female 10-45 code 2 extricated with jaws, her and 2nd female 10-45 code 3 transported to the hospital. A 3rd occupant was treated on scene.

0955)PM-MVA-Waterford, ME-Mill Hill Rd. A station wagon went off the road, struck a tree, and went over a 25 foot enbankment. 1 female 10-45 code 2 was extricated and flown by Lifeflight to CMMC in Lewiston. 6 other 10-45's, 1 adult and 5 children, were transprted by ambulances, unknown condition. M/A responded.

0953)5:25 PM-MVA-Newry (Grafton Notch), ME-Route 26 near Steep Falls. Motorcycle accident with 1 female 10-45 code 2, transported by Lifeflight to MMC in Portland. She later died at the hospital.

0952)02:10 AM-MVA-Londonderry, NH-Route 28 south of Page Rd. A car lost control, struck a boulder, and rolled over several times, ejecting several occupants. 1 10-45 code 1 on scene, 1 10-45 code 2 was airlifted to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, and 2 10-45's were taken to Elliot Hospital in Manchester. Accident reconstruction responded.

0951)7:30 PM-4th.AL-Epsom, NH-179 Center Hill Rd @ "Spooky View Farm". Heavy fire in a dairy farm, the barn, a shed, and part of a garage were destroyed along with a lot of equipment. A farmhouse nearby was saved, one cow was lost but others were rescued safely. M/A responded to the scene from numerous towns.

0947)7:05 PM-W/F-Buxton, ME-34 River Rd @ West Buxton Library. Electrical fire with fire & heavy smoke from the eves on arrival. M/A from Hollis responded.

0946)04:25 AM-MVA-Hampton Falls, NH-Lafayette Rd (Route 1). Jaws used to extricate trapped victim, requested ALS response for 10-45 code 2.

0945)9:40 PM-MVA-Norridgewock, ME-Wilder Hill Rd. A car went out of control, rolled over, and struck some trees. A 17 year old female passenger was ejected and died from her injuries, the driver and a 2nd passenger were treated and released from the Skowhegan Hospital. SP is investigating the accident.

0944)7:05 PM-W/F-Auburn, ME-16 Washington Park Rd. A mobile home fire, quickly knocked down. M/A engine from Lewiston responded.

0943)11:34 AM-W/F-Holden, ME-240 Rooks Rd. A bedroom fire caused heat and smoke damage throughout a house, M/A responded from Brewer and Eddington to the scene, with Orrington and Dedham responding for coverage.

0942)5:40 PM-MVA-Barnstead, NH-Route 126 & Route 28. A Ford Explorer crossed the center line and struck an on-coming Ford Ranger, the driver of the Explorer was killed in the collision. 1 10-45 code 2, the driver of the pickup, was transported in critical condition. Reconstruction team from Belknap County responded to investigate.

0941)1:35 PM-W/F-Laconia, NH-Union Ave & High St. A fully involved garage fire with apartment above, attached to a 2.5 story wood frame which had some damage. M/A responded from Belmont, Winnisquam, Gilford, Meredith and Tilton-Northfield to the fire, Holderness and Gilmanton for coverage.

0939)1:30 PM-MVA-Portsmouth, NH-Lafayette Rd (Route 1) & Wilson Rd. 3 vehicles involved including a pickup which rolled over, 1 10-45 code 1 on scene. 2 10-45's were transported to the hospital. The road was closed for an extended period of time for reconstruction.

0938)03:00 AM-W/F-Old Town, ME-18 Michael St. Heavy fire in a 2-story house, a male occupant had to escape by jumping from a 2nd floor window. M/A responded from Milford & Orono.

0933)9:15 PM-2nd.AL-Epsom, NH-12 Christmas Tree Mobile Home Park off North Rd. A fully involved mobile home, reports of possible entrapment but searches were negative. M/A responded to the fire.

0932)7:15 PM-2nd.AL-Tilton, NH-496 Laconia Rd @ Encore Piano. Heavy fire in a 1.5 story wood frame cape style building which houses a piano store and a residence. Winnisquam, Belmont, Franklin and Gilford assisted Tilton-Northfield firefighters at the fire.

0931)PM-MVA-Corinth, ME-Route 43. A car left the road on a curve and crashed into a tree, with entrapment. 1 10-45 code 2 was removed from the remains of the car by using jaws. Lifeflight was called for transport, but he was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

0929)02:15 PM-2nd.AL-Manchester, NH-467 Beech St. Fire on the 1st floor of a large abandonded 3-story apartment building, the fire had some extension. M/A responded. **Note: There were 3 fire in the same block as this fire, all believed to have been arson. The other 2 fires were put out by occupants.

0928)8:15 PM-W/F-Derry, NH-88 West Broadway. An occupied 2.5 story wood frame apartment building, heavy fire showing at the rear on arrival. Three units were destroyed, the building was uninhabitable. M/A responded from Windham, Auburn, East Derry and Londonderry.

0927)6:00 PM-MVA-Gilford, NH-Route 11 by the Belknap Point Motel. A car skidded sideways and was struck by another car coming in the opposite direction on the passenger side. A female driver of the 1st car was ejected and trapped underneath the car, which was heavily damaged. She was killed by the collision. 2 occupants in the 2nd car had to be extricated and were transported with serious injuries to LRGH in Laconia. One of them was then airlifted to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon in critical condition.

0926)PM-CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT-Berlin, NH-Unknown Address. A crane being loaded onto a trailer flipped over, pinning the operator inside. Another crane had to be brought in to right the crane, extrication equipment was used to get to the male subject. He was killed in the accident.

0925)5:10 PM-MVA-Farmingdale, ME-Northern Ave. Car rolled over at least twice, ejecting the female operator and pinning her under the vehicle. 1 10-45 code 1 at the scene, 2 passengers were transported to CMMC in Lewiston. Augusta and Gardiner responded M/A assistance, Kennebec SO reconstruction responded.

0924)3:10 PM-MVA-Alton, NH-Route 28 north near Bay Hill Rd. 2 motorcycles involved, 2 10-45's code 2 were transported to Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro. 1 of the subjects died shortly after arrival.

0923)01:55 AM-W/F-Minot, ME-210 Harris Hill Rd. A 2-story barn fully involved and attached to a house. M/A responded from several towns.

0922)10:25 PM-MVA-Hartford, ME-Route 219. Car rolled over and struck 2 trees, A teen male driver, the only occupant, was killed. SP responded for reconstruction.

0921)8:55 PM-MVA-Vanceboro, ME-Route 6. A male subject was killed when he struck a moose head-on, his car was crushed by the moose. The driver was the only occupant in the car.

0920)6:59 PM-MVA-Rockland, ME-New County Rd (Route 1) in front of Town Line Market. Two pickups hit head-on with extensive damage, 4 10-45's, 1 serious. M/A Engine from Thomaston and ambulances from Thomaston and Camden. Lifeflight called to transport from the hospital.

0919)5:40 PM-MVA-Stratham, NH-Route 33 near Monroe Muffler. Jaws used for extrication, Unknown Injuries.

0918)5:00 PM-MVA-Casco, ME-Route 302 @ State Park Rd. A cement truck vs a mini-van with 1 10-45 code 1 and 3 10-45's code 2 and entrapment, 2 subjects in critical condition. Jaws used for extrication, M/A ALS units responded.

0917)1:40 PM-MVA-Manchester, NH-I-93 northbound south of Exit 6. A vehicle struck a car which may have stalled, the occupant of the stopped vehcile was killed. (He was a former Manchester Mayor). The occupant in the other vehicle was injured and transported to the hospital.

0916)10:05 AM-W/F-Hampton Beach, NH-24 J St. Fire in the attic of a duplex, two families were displaced from the residence. M/A responded from North Hampton, Seabrook, Exeter, and Rye.

0914)1:50 PM-MVA-Orland, ME-Route 15. A car lost control and rolled over, ejecting a male driver who died from his injuries. A female passenger was transported but not injured.

0913)08:05 AM-W/F-Meredith, NH-3 Main St @ Lake & Mountain Realty. Fire and heavy smoke showing on arrival from a 2-story wood frame building, which had major damage.

0912)9:50 PM-W/F-Porter, ME-Jays Way off Dam Rd. A structure fire, assistance responded from Kezar Falls, Hiram, and Freedom,NH.

0911)7:55 PM-MVA-Rochester, NH-55 Strafford Rd (Route 202A). A car lost control and went off the road, where it struck a large tree. Responding paramedics attempted to revive the male teen driver but were not succussful, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Police reconstruction responded.

0910)6:30 PM-MVA-Pittsfield, NH-Tilton Hill Rd. A vehicle struck some trees and rolled over. The driver, who was the only occupant, was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident is under investigation.

0909)PM-MVA-Lincoln, NH-Kancamagus Highway. A vehicle crossed the center line and struck a van headed in the opposite direction, a male driver of the car was killed, a passenger in the van suffered minor injuries.

0908)12:56 PM-W/F-Salem, NH-Carnick St. Occupied mobile home fire, first interior crew pushed out by heavy fire. M/A from Methuen,MA, Windham, & Pelham responded to the scene, Hampstead and Derrry for coverage.

0907)12:00 PM-MVA-Holden, ME-Route 1A. A car struck a sign, then swerved back onto the road and hit a jeep with 3 occupants. The driver of the car was killed in the collision, the occupants of the jeep were not injured. The accident is under investigation.

0906)11:50 AM-W/F-Claremont, NH-Sullivan St @ APC Paper Co. A structure fire, M/A responded.

0905)4:30 PM-W/F-Fairfield, ME-35 Currier Rd. A 1.5 story wood frame house fire, no extension to an attached barn. M/A responded from 3 towns.

0904)1:35 PM-MVA-Woolwich, ME-Route 1 north of Shaw Rd. Jaws used for extrication of a trapped patient, unknown extent of injuries.

0903)12:36 PM-HAZMAT-Somersworth, NH-11 Brook Dr @ West Brook Mobile Home Park off Route 108. A leaking propane tank forced the evacuation of several residents in the area, the gas company burned off the propane tank which was nearly full, a hole had rusted through the bottom of the tank causing the leak. M/A coverage responded from Berwick,ME.

0902)11:20 AM-MVA-Scarborough, ME-County Rd (Route 22) near the Buxton line. 2 vehicles head-on with entrapment, reported multiple patients with serious injuries. Jaws used for extrication.

0901)10:05 PM-HAZMAT-Rochester, NH-Route 202A at the water treatemtn plant. 15-20 gallon spill of sodium hydroxide, the building was evacuated but the spill was contained when firefighters arrived. 20-30 members of the Seacoast Technical Assistance Response Team responded to assist in the clean up process.

0900)11:40 PM-MVA-Tamworth, NH-Page Hill Rd & Turkey St. A male operator on a Harley Davidson motorcycle crashed and was killed. SP is investigating the accident.

0899)PM-PLANE CRASH-Township 6, Range 9, ME-near the top of 1,567-foot Houston Mountain in a remote part of Piscataquis County. A Cessna plane missing from radar was located on Friday, the female pilot, who was the only occupant, was killed in the crash. Several searchers were involved in locating the crash, FAA will be responding to investigate.

0898)9:20 PM-ATV ACCIDENT-Casco, ME-Libby Rd. ATV rolled over an enbankment, 1 10-45 code 1 trauma code (male driver) & 1 10-45 code 3 (female passenger). Lifeflight was requested but not available, ME Warden responded to investigate. The male driver was pronounced dead at MMC in Portland.

0897)9:05 PM-ACW-Scarborough, ME-61 Broadturn Rd. A shed fire, fully involved on arrival.

0896)5:19 PM-MVA-China, ME-Lakeview Dr. Vehicle went off the road and struck a tree head-on, female driver was trapped and firefighters used jaws for extrication. She was treated and released at the hospital.

0894)06:35 AM-2nd.AL-Center Harbor, NH-92 Dane Rd. A large barn attached to a house was destroyed after being struck by lightning, all occupants got out of the house. Several towns responded M/A.

0892)7:30 PM-MVA-Frankfort, ME-Loggin Rd. A pickup truck rolled over several times after striking railroad bridge support, the driver was ejected. Lifeflight transported him to EMMC in Bangor where he was pronounced dead.

0891)7:00 PM-ACW-Portsmouth, NH-48 Pearl St. Fire in a room on the 3rd floor of a house, quickly knocked down by responding firefighters.

0890)3:15 PM-W/F-Salem, NH-Equestrian Rd. A structure with heavy fire, M/A responded to the scene and for coverage.

0889)PM-PLANE CRASH-Trenton, ME-Hancock County Airport. A bi-plane used for sightseeing flipped over while landing, 2 passengers on board were not injured, the pilot was transported with minor injuries. A Federal Aviation Administrator driving by at the time responded to the scene.

0888)04:45 AM-W/F-Freedom, NH-Ossipee Lake Rd @ Camp Cody. A converted wood shop being used as a chapel for the camp was fully involved, approxamately 120 staff workers were evacuated to the other side of the camp and there were no injuries. M/A responded from several towns.

0887)PM-MVA-Winslow, ME-South Reynolds Rd. A car took down a utility pole after striking a rock, became airborne and the driver was trapped in the burning vehicle. 2 passerbys saved the subject by pulling him out a rear window. He was transported with serious injuries to a local hospital then airlifted to EMMC in Bangor, where he is listed in critical condition.

0886)PM-MVA-Roxbury, ME-Route 17. Car struck a guardrail, went airborne and landed upside down. 4 10-45's code 2. Two were taken by Lifeflight to CMMC in Lewiston, the other two were transported by ambulance. SP reconstruction responded.

0885)07:30 AM-MVA-Newport, NH-Maple Street Extension at the top of Hoy Hill. Vehicle head-on into a tree, operator failed to make the corner after a straight away. Newport Fire Rescue and Ambulance responded to extricate the patient, as well as a DHART Helicopter intercept at the Newport airport for transport.

0884)01:00 AM-2nd.AL-Dover, NH-1 McKone Ln. Fire in the attic of a 2-story wood frame house, 1 firefighter was treated for a wrist injury. M/A responded to the fire.

0883)4:08 PM-TECHNICAL RESCUE-Milton, NH-old Milton Leather Board Dam behind the fire station. A female fell 30 feet onto a concrete ledge, tactical rescue team from Rochester responded. She was flown by Dhart to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital with serious injuries. Additional manpower responded from Wakefield & Farmington.

0882)06:45 AM-MVA-Strafford, NH-Second Crown Point Rd. Jaws used to extricate unconscious trapped victim.

0881)00:20 AM-MVA-Garland, ME-Campbell Rd. A truck rolled over and struck a tree, the male driver was dead when responders arrived on the scene. Alcohol may have been a factor in the accident.

0880)7:15 PM-MVA-Standish, ME-River Rd. 2 pickup trucks collided head-on with entrapment of 1 subject. 5 10-45's on scene, 2 were code 2's and 3 were code 2/3's. M/A squad from Limington responded with jaws, also rescues from Limington and Buxton.

0879)1:10 PM-W/F-Milton, NH-Old Depot Rd. An abandoned single story brick building, formerly used by a ski lodge, was fully involved on arrival. Access was difficult and off road trucks were used, also some trees had to be cut down to get through. M/A responded from Wakefield & Farmington with forestry units.

0878)07:35 AM-W/F-Biddeford, ME-17 Wentworth St. Fire in a laundry room in an apartment on the 2nd floor of a 2.5 story structure. M/A engine from Saco responded to the fire.

0877)11:20 AM-W/F HAZMAT-Athens, ME-Route 150 @ the former Boralex Athens Energy plant. A triler fire with stored chemicals, the Somerset Emergency Response Team was activated to respond. Route 150 was closed down during the incident for precautionary reasons.

0876)09:20 AM-MVA-Newington, NH-McIntyre Rd near the end of the road. Car off into the woods with entrapment, jaws used.

0875)09:20 AM-W/F-Kennebunk, ME-502 Alfred Rd. A 1 story 24X40 house with heavy fire, the structure was gutted. M/A responded from Alfred and Arundel.

0874)05:15 AM-MVA-Manchester, ME-Pond Rd. A car struck a tree, 1 10-45 code 2 with head injuries transported by Lifeflight to CMMC in Lewiston.

0872)4:25 PM-MVA-Saco, ME-Main St (Route 1) by Hannaford's. A tractor trailer struck an approxamately 30 y/o male riding a bicycle, pinning him under a tire. 1 10-45 code 1 on scene, a PD reconstruction team responded.

0870)09:15 PM-W/F-Auburn, NH-311 Chester Rd. A house with heavy fire showing on arrival, Several towns responded M/A.

0869)03:10 AM-Multi-Alm-Chesterfield, NH-19 Brook St @ Chesterfield Tire Service. Heavy fire in a tire warehouse, the building was heavily damaged. A hazmat trailer from Keene responded due to hazardous materials run off from the blaze. M/A responded from more than a dozen towns from New Hampshire, Vermont, & Massachusetts.

0866)10:10 AM-MVA-Dixfield, ME-Route 2. A vehicle rolled over with entrapment, jaws used. 1 10-45 code 1, SP reconstruction responded.

0865)01:00 AM-MVA-Lovell, ME-Pickup crashed into a tree, with entrapment, jaws used. 1 10-45 code 1, a passenger, and 3 other occupants were transported with non-life threatening injuries.

0863)4:00 PM-MVA-Fryeburg, ME-Bridgton Rd (Route 302). A car struck a bus carrying 50 campers, 1 10-45 code 2 (driver of the car), was taken by Lifeflight to CMMC in Lewiston. 3 passengers in the car and 11 children from the bus were transported with minor injuries. M/A responded from Conway,NH & SP reconstruction for investigation. **Update, the driver of the car died at the hospital on Monday.
