0452)9:41 PM-W/F+-Fort Kent, ME-Market St @ Gilman Bouchard Dodge dealership. Heavy fire in a 2-story 60X60 building with offices and a 2 bay garage on the 1st floor and an apartment on the 2nd floor. The structure was destroyed in the blaze, M/A responded to the scene.

0451)3:00 PM-PLANE CRASH-China, ME-Hanson Rd & Cross Rd. A cessna made a landing in bad weather into a field and flipped over, the pilot was not injured. The FAA is investigating the accident.

0450)11:40 AM-MVA-Eliot, ME-Route 236 near the dump. A pickup truck collided with a minivan when the van pulled out onto the road, 2 persons were trapped in the pickup. Jaws were used for extrication, they were transported with injuries, the driver of the van was not injured.

0449)01:15 AM-MVA-Wilton, NH-Route 31 near Kingbrook Rd. An SUV with 1 occupant left the road and struck a tree, the vehicle burst into flames. The occupant of the vehicle was killed in the crash, the accident is under investigation.

0447)11:00 PM-MVA-Waterville, ME-Silver St. A car traveling at a high rate of speed lost control, struck 2 utility poles, and rolled over several times, landing upside down on a church lawn. The driver was ejected from the car, he was transported to a nearby hospital then flown by Lifeflight to CMMC in Lewiston with serious injuries.

0446)AM-HAZ/MAT INCIDENT-Hampton, NH-Ashworth St. A crew working on a new sewer line accidently ruptured a natural gas line. A nearby hotel and surrounding buildings were evacuated by firefighters until the gas company could respond and secure the line.

0443)07:40 PM-MVA-Brunswick, ME-Route 1 near Cook's Corner. A single vehicle involved with a female trapped, jaws used. She was flown by Lifeflight to CMMC in Lewiston, the accident was reconstructed.

0441)6:10 PM-MVA-Merrimack, NH-Joppa Rd & Turkey Hill Rd. Two vehicles collided with 1 female trapped, jaws used. Two women were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

0440)5:10 PM-MVA-Palmyra, ME-Route 152 & Route 2. A car pulled into the intersection in front of a van, which struck the car broadside. A male passenger in the car had to be extricated with jaws, he died from his injuries. His wife, who was driving the car, and the male driver of the van were transported to at Sebasticook Valley Hospital in Pittsfield with serious injuries.

0439)3:45 PM-MVA-Durham, ME-Route 135 near Deer Run Rd. A Mercury Sable lost control while passing another vehicle, struck 2 mailboxes and crashed into a couple trees. Two of the passengers had to be extricated with jaws, all five occupants sufferred injuries, none life-threatening. The accident is under investigation.

0438)05:45 AM-W/F-Raymond, ME-Hawthorne Rd @ Sabre Yachts. A structure fire, quickly knocked down by a sprinkler system. Possibly caused by a boiler system malfunction, M/A responded from surrounding towns.

0437)11:55 PM-MVA-Steuben, ME-Route 1. A man rushing his fiance to the hospital lost control and rolled the vehicle over several times. He was killed in the collision, jaws were used to extricate his fiance and her brother; her mother and brother were also passengers in the car. The 3 passengers were transported to Maine Coast Hospital in Ellsworth.

0436)2:20 PM-W/F-Biddeford, ME-39 Sullivan St @ Saint Andres Retirement Home. Fire in an apartment on the 4th floor of an elderly housing building, a male subject was rescued from the 4th floor and transported to SMMC in Biddeford with burns. M/A responded from Saco to the fire; Goodwins Mills, Old Orchard Beach & Kennebunk for coverage. The State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.

0435)08:00 AM-W/F-Hollis, ME-165 Bar Mill Rd (Route 4A). A mobile home with attached shed fully involved, a 69 y/o female died in the fire. Her husband made it out of the burning home. M/A responded from Buxton, Waterboro, and Saco to the scene.

0434)07:30 AM-MVA-Columbia Falls, ME-Route 1. A female driving an SUV may have fallen asleep and drove off the road, the vehicle rolled over several times and ejected her. She was taken to EMC in Bangor in critical condition.

0433)10:20 PM-MVA-Alstead, NH-Near 227 Thayer Brook Rd. A vehicle left the roadway and struck several trees. A male passenger in the vehicle was found in critical condition, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The male driver of the car was treated for minor injuries, he was later charged with negligent homicide for allegedly driving while intoxicated.

0432)7:55 PM-W/F-Manchester, NH-359 Cedar St. A structure fire.

0431)08:00 AM-MVA-Oakland, ME-Kennedy Memorial Dr. A Lincoln Continental turned into on-coming traffic and struck a Jeep Cherokee head-on with entrapment, jaws used. A 26 y/o male from the car was transported to the hospital, where he died. The male driver of the Jeep was treated for minor injuries.

0430)03:30 AM-W/F-Bucksport, ME-Former Bucksport Middle School. A police officer spotte the fire at the former school, fire showing on arrival of the firefighters. The fire was mostly contained to two rooms, M/A responded from Orland, Orrington and Ellsworth; the State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.

0428)AM-MVA-North Hampton, NH-Route 1. A car was possibly bumped by a truck and crossed the median, colliding head-on with an American Medical Response ambulance. A patient being transported in the ambulance and the driver of the car both died after being transported to the hospital. Unknown condition of the driver of the ambulance, the accident is under investigation.

0426)7:30 PM-MVA-Dublin, NH-Near 267 Brush Brook Rd. Accident with ejection and entrapment, jaws used. M/A rescues responded.

0425)4:45 PM-MVA-Holderness, NH-Route 175. A motorcycle and a pickup truck collided, the operator of the motorcycle died from his injuries. The driver of the truck was treated for minor injuries, the accident is under investigation.

0424)12:45 PM-PLANE CRASH-North Hampton, NH-Cedar Rd. A single-engine plane went down in a heavily wooded area shortly after taking off, the plane was completely destroyed. Two persons on board were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Rye, Exeter, North Hampton and Hampton fire departments and Hampton ambulance responded to the crash. The FAA is investigating.

0423)12:30 AM-MVA-Hollis, ME-Bar Mills Rd by the Saco River bridge. A truck into a utility pole with entrapment, jaws used to remove one victim. Two persons transported to a Portland Hospital, Buxton Rescue responded M/A.

0422)09:36 AM-HAZ/MAT-Thomaston, ME-107 New County Rd @ Dragon Products- 6000 gallons of Ammonium Hydroxide leaked from a tank car onto the ground, 2 employees were transported with minor injuries. Area homes were evacuated until the spill was contained. M/A from Rockland Fire with the HAZ-MAT Team, South Thomaston , Cushing and Warren for station coverage.

0421)09:20 AM-W/F-Vienna, ME-Tower Rd by Bean Rd. A fire destroyed a 1826 2-story wood frame farmhouse, and also extended to a field. M/A responded from Readfield, Wayne, Fayette, Mount Vernon and Belgrade.

0420)08:10 AM-W/F-Laconia, NH-Endicott St @ Sun Valley Cottages. A 2-room cottage fully involved, M/A responded to the scene and for coverage.

0419)07:45 AM-W/F-Saco, ME-92 Milliken Mills Rd. Heavy fire in a garage attached to a 1-story ranch, fire extended into the house causing damage. M/A responded from Old Orchard Beach and Scarborough, the State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the blaze.

0418)01:55 AM-W/F-Rochester, NH-Route 125 @ the former Charlie's Automotive Repair. A commercial garage fully involved on arrival, the building had several vehicles inside also, which were also destroyed. M/A responded to the fire.

Heavy fire in a 40X100 commercial garage, which was used for building race car motors, an explosion of jet fuel in a 55 gallon drum occurred before firefighters were on scene. M/A responded from Gardiner, West Gardiner, Pittston, Randolph and Hallowell; the State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.

0416)5:00 PM-W/F-Monroe, ME-Back Brooks Rd. A house fully involved at the estate of a noted New England sculpter, Forest Hart. The home was destroyed, as was a nearby vehicle. M/A responded from Brooks, Frankfort, Jackson, Freedom and Thorndike.

0415)3:50 PM-MVA-Derry, NH-Folsom Rd by Franklin St. Jaws used to extricate a trapped person, unknown injuries.

0414)1:05 PM-W/F-Turner, ME-41 County Rd. Heavy fire in an old farmhouse and barn on arrival, 1 firefighter was transported with a possible back injury. A horse in the barn was killed, M/A responded to the scene.

0413)1:00 PM-BRUSH FIRE-Cutler, ME-Near the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station. A fire burned about 20 acres of brush, M/A responded from East Machias, several rangers from Maine Forestry, a hot shot crew, and a crew from the Down East Correctional Facility. Two helicopters responded for water drops.

0412)5:30 PM-W/F-Bucksport, ME-Buck's Mill Rd. A barn filled with tools, antiques, and tires was fully involved on arrival, the structure was destroyed in the blaze. It started from a permitted grass burn nearby, M/A responded from Orland & Orrington.

0411)5:00 PM-2nd.AL-Eliot, ME-Eliot Antique Auto off Route 101. A large amount of fire showing on arrival from over a dozen junked automobiles in the salvage area, the area was down a narrow road making access very difficult. M/A responded from Kittery, Kittery Point, York Beach, South Berwick and Rollinsford,NH.

0414)3:45 PM-ATV Accident-Carmel, ME-Hinckley Hill Rd. A 6 y/o boy operating an ATV stuck a tree limb and rolled the machine over, he suffered serious injuries, including a skull fracture. He was wearing a bicycle helmet not designed for an ATV. The Maine Warden Service investigated the accident.

0410)2:00 PM-MVA-Freeport, ME-Route 1 near the Comfort Suites. Three vehicles involved with entrapment, jaws used for extrication. Seven victims were transported with various injuries, none life threatening. M/A rescues responded from Yarmouth & Cumberland.

0409)1:15 PM-MVA-Montville, ME-309 Trues Pond Rd. A vehicle rolled over with entrapment, jaws used to extricate 2 persons. M/A responded from Searsmont with jaws.

0408)1:00 PM-BRUSH/WOODS FIRE-Ellsworth, ME-Off Bucksport Rd on an old logging road. Fire burned over 7 acres of brush & woods, threatening several hunting camps. M/A responded from Lamoine, Trenton, Surry, Hancock, and the Maine Forest Service, which supplied pumps and a helicopter for air drops.

0407)01:30 AM-MVA-Mount Vernon, ME-Plains Rd. A 36 yoa male driving a 1993 Cadillac lost control on a curve and drove off the road and struck a tree, he was killed in the collision. Kennebec Sheriff's Department is investigating the accident.

0406)11:00 PM-ATV Accident-Northfield, NH-Fiddlers Choice Rd. A male subject on an ATV struck a heavy chain which was across a private drive, he died from his injuries. Officials from the state Fish and Game Department are investigating.

0405)7:48 PM-W/F-Saco, ME-7 Ash Swamp Rd. A deck fire extended to a 1.5 story house w/attached garage, heavy smoke showing on arrival. Fire was quickly knocked down and M/A was cancelled.

0404)6:00 PM-MVA-Hallowell, ME-Smith Rd. A motorcycle left the road and went down an enbankment, the male operator was thrown from the bike. He died from his injuries. Maine State police are investigating the accident.

0403)5:05 PM-W/F-Damariscotta, ME-197 Lester Rd. A workshop fully involved, extended to 2 boats. M/A responded.

0402)4:00 PM-Multiple Alarm Brush Fire-Madbury, NH-Area of Route 155 and Madbury Rd. A fast moving fire burned nearly 30 acres of grass & brush, it also caused minor damage to a greenhouse. About a dozen departments responded M/A to the fire.

0401)3:15 PM-W/F-Sebago, ME-Safe Harbor Rd. A 2-story wood frame building fully involved with explosions from gas tanks and electrical wires down. The building was destroyed with extension to a garage and a camper. M/A responded from Naples and Standish, Baldwin for coverage.

0398)12:30 PM-MVA-Hollis, ME-Route 202 by rich Ln. Delivery truck struck a car with heavy entrapment in the car, jaws used for an extensive extrication. The victim from the car was transported to MMC in Portland in critical condition, the driver of the truck was transported also. M/A responded from Buxton and Waterboro.

0397)03:00 AM-W/F-Orrington, ME-River Rd (Route 15). An attached garage on fire extended to the house. Several towns responded M/A to the scene.

0386)PM-MVA-Dover-Foxcroft, ME-Route 16. A pickup truck swerved through the median, flipped over, and crashed into a utility pole. The male driver was killed in the collision. The scene was investigated by police.

0379)07:19 AM-MVA-Portsmouth, NH-I-95 @ the Route 33 overpass. A southbound SUV veered off the road, struck an enbankment and became airborne, then struck a support for the overpass. The male driver was trapped in the vehicle, jaws were used for extrication. he was transported with serious injuries.

0378)07:00 AM-W/F-Phillips, ME-Wheeler Hill Rd. A 40X60 barn fire, well involved on arrival. M/A responded from Strong, Kingfield, and New Vineyard.

0377)06:45 AM-W/F+-Pittsfield, ME-Somerset Ave @ Varney Chevrolet. A car dealership housed in a large 3-story historic barn with an attached silo became fully involved, destroying the entire structure and five vehicles inside. M/A responded from Waterville, Skowhegan, Newport, Canaan, St. Albans and Hartland.

0376)5:30 PM-MVA-Barnstead, NH-Route 28 near White Oaks Rd. A car veered off the road and struck three trees, ejecting a female operator who was not wearing a seatbelt. She was pronounced dead on the scene, which was reconstructed by the police.

0374)07:15 AM-W/F-Sanford, ME-37 Channel Ln. A 30X30 structure well involved on arrival, M/A responded. A male occupant sufferred a minor shoulder injury.

0373)01:30 AM-W/F-Corinth, ME-512 Grant Rd. A fire in a residence, several towns responded to assist. All occupants got out of the structure safely.

0372)8:30 PM-2nd.AL-Nashua, NH-10 celeste St. A suspicious fire gutted a 1-story house, heavy fire on arrival. All occupants safely exited the home prior to firefighters' arrival. Due to some smaller suspicious fires in the area recently, the State Fire Marshal's office is investigating along with Nashua PD.

0371)3:16 PM-MVA-Moultonboro, NH-Route 25. A car crossed the center line and turned sideways, an on-coming SUV struck the car in the passenger side. Two females in the car were killed in the collision, a male and 11 y/o girl in the SUV were transported with minor injuries. The accident is under investigation.

0370)2:00 PM-MVA-Milton, NH-Route 16 northbound between exits 17 & 18. A BMW collided with the side and rear wheels of a tractor trailer, the occupant of the BMW was extricated with jaws and taken by Lifeflight to a Maine hospital. He later died at the hospital, the driver of the truck was not injured. The scene was reconstructed.

0369)03:10 AM-W/F+-Sidney, ME-28 Marigold Lane @ "Bang's Beach". Heavy fire in a 70 foot long structure, an historic hall and newer addition which was used as a residence, the structure was destroyed. Smoke detectors installed the day before the fire are credited with saving two lives. M/A responded from several towns.

0361)6:00 PM-3rd.AL-Conway, NH-Main St (Route 16). Heavy fire in the Majestic Theater, a 2-story brick commercial theater with 300 seats, about 200 people had to be evacuated at the time of the fire. M/A responded from many towns to the fire.
